Todd applies his 30+ years of project and construction management experience gained while working on notable projects and capital programs with Hawaiian Airlines, Hawaiian Electric, The Queen’s Medical Center, University of Hawaii, HPOWER, and BHP Hawaii. With his broad knowledge of infrastructure, facilities, design, and construction in Hawaii, he works to help advance and successfully complete client’s projects from planning through close out.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer.
