Once the scope of work has been defined, our team can advise Clients with selecting the best method of delivery, whether it be design-bid-build, design-build, or design-assist. We can assist Clients solicit and engage design consultants who well-qualified, advise Clients through the design process, and competitively source construction. We can negotiate the construction contract, in coordination with the Client's legal team, work with the Client to secure the project financing, and work with the consulting team to secure the necessary permits.

Once funding is available and permits are approved, our team will coordinate construction between the Client, contractor, and designer. We will monitor construction and administer the construction contract, which includes reviewing and processing of all construction documents such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications. In addition, we will monitor and report project cost and schedule and provide possible solutions to Clients should any critical issue arise.
